He has been into Cybersecurity for more than two decades, covering the most technological aspects and evolving towards the areas of strategic management and risks. He has discovered security flaws in companies such as NASA, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and the United States Department of Defense. He has evaluated innovation and cybersecurity projects for the European Commission at the European Innovation Council and the European Defense Agency. He is a member of the expert subgroup "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI), CONNECTED PRODUCTS AND OTHER NEW CHALLENGES IN PRODUCT SAFETY" and participated in the drafting of the "General-Purpose Artificial Intelligence Code of Practice". He actively participates in associations such as ISMS Forum, the European Union External Cyber Capacity Building Network, and the European Cyber Security Organisation, where he holds the position of "chairman" within the European Network of CISOs. He is a teacher and advisor at training entities such as Escuela Internacional de Posgrados, Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa, Galicia Business School,, Escola Galega de Administración Pública, AESYC, and Centro de Estudio Garrigues. He has participated as a speaker in multiple events such as RootedCon, NoCOnName, Jump2Digital, C1b3rwall, ISACA CiberTodos , CSO Cybersecurity Day, Mundo Hacker, JAI - Industrial Automation Conference, LibreCon, and Ubucon. He has been recognized as one of the TOP 100 Speakers in Spain in 2025 by Thinking Heads and was a finalist in VIII Premios ESET Periodismo y Divulgación en seguridad informática in 2024.
